Hints of more Countries being added to Stadia?

In the Orcs Must Die 3 FAQ it mentions a Stadia Global Release Schedule. Could this be a hint of more countries being added to Stadia at today’s connect? This was discovered on Reddit by a user called Neggy5.

More countries being added to Stadia will be a move welcomed by a lot of people. A number of people in the Stadia community have been patiently waiting for Stadia to expand into more markets and this could be a step in this direction.
