Cloudy with a Chance of Games

Rod Breslau the esports consultant and gaming insider also known as Slasher has revealed that Dr Disrespect is not in talks with YouTube. As reported by Dextero the Doc is not talking to YouTube and as such there will be no exclusivity deal. It is also being reported that YouTube Gaming are “feels like it’s in a pretty good position” (with who they have signed).

YouTube have been on a spending spree recently and have signed a number of big streamers. Last week Ninja did a test stream on YouTube but has not been signed to be exclusive to YouTube at this moment.

With a number of games now going to be supporting Crowd Play and Crowd Choice for Stadia in the coming months having a number of big streamers using these will help showcase the platform. Yesterday it was announced that Dead by Daylight will be supporting these features.

I have been playing since the Commodore 64 days and have basically played every console going since then including the Ouya! I have been a fan of cloud gaming since the Onlive days and that was my favorite platform. Cloud gaming will revolutionize how we play games going forward and it is just a matter of time when it takes off.
