Ever since it’s announcement, we’ve known that Ark is coming straight into Pro on Stadia and was slated for early 2021. As we head into the final month of the first quarter of the year, we know that it won’t have arrived by then.
Thanks to a developer update on final DLC, we now know that Ark will be available on Stadia by 26th May.
They confirmed that they have decided to push the release back for all platforms to this date, which by definition confirms it will be available by this point in time.
Developers cited the complications of working remotely and their desire to bring the epic finale that the fans deserve as the reason for the delay.
Whilst it’s contained within an announcement that’s become all to common in current times, the major positive of course is that we now have a timeline that we can expect Ark: Survival Evolved to be hitting our libraries.
I know we had a timeline initially in the sense of earlier 2021 but this has now been further narrowed down, offering gamers more clarity and managing expectation.
No doubt you’ll see the Cloudy team make their pro predictions over the coming months and I’m willing to bet numerous team members will have it on their list for May.
